B2B Returns & Refunds Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

B2B returns: this policy is for business customers only. Consumer cancellation and cooling-off rights do not form part of the EaseThat online shop because consumer orders are not accepted.

1. Return authorisation

Do not return goods without first contacting orders@easethat.co.uk and receiving return/RMA instructions. Unauthorised returns may be rejected.

2. Non-faulty goods

Returns of correctly supplied, non-faulty goods are at EaseThat's discretion and are subject to any manufacturer/distributor return conditions. A restocking, collection or administration charge may apply where permitted and notified before the return is accepted.

3. Non-returnable items

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, special-order goods, built-to-order items, configured/imaged devices, opened sealed items restricted by the supplier, activated licences, registered subscriptions and other customised products may be non-returnable.

4. Faulty goods

If goods appear faulty, contact us with the order number, serial number and fault details. Depending on the product and contract, resolution may involve troubleshooting, manufacturer warranty, distributor RMA, repair, replacement, credit or another appropriate remedy.

5. Damage in transit

Report apparent transit damage or shortages promptly and retain the packaging where possible so that carrier/distributor claims can be investigated.

6. Software and subscriptions

Activated or issued licences and subscriptions are normally governed by vendor-specific cancellation and credit rules and may not be refundable once provisioned. We will explain any known restriction before accepting a bespoke licence order where practicable.

7. Refund method

Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method or by agreed account credit. Processing time can depend on the payment provider and supplier credit process.

8. Statutory and contractual rights

Nothing in this policy excludes business-buyer rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. The B2B Terms of Sale and any order-specific agreement also apply.
