Delivery & Fulfilment Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

Business deliveries only: delivery arrangements apply to orders placed by organisations and business buyers.

1. Delivery area

Standard online delivery is intended for UK business addresses where the selected product/shipping method supports that destination. Deliveries outside the normal service area, to offshore locations or outside the UK should be agreed through a quotation before ordering.

2. Lead times

Lead times shown online or in quotations are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Availability may depend on distributors, manufacturers, licences, configuration work and carriers.

3. Configured equipment

Where devices are imaged, asset-tagged, enrolled into Intune/Entra, configured, tested or otherwise prepared before dispatch, delivery starts after the agreed configuration work has been completed.

4. Shipping charges

Applicable shipping, handling or delivery charges are shown at checkout or confirmed in a quotation. Special delivery, pallet, timed, secure or multi-site fulfilment may be quoted separately.

5. Delivery and acceptance

Customers must provide an accurate business delivery address and an authorised person able to receive goods. Signed delivery or other proof of delivery may be used. Failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or unavailable recipients may incur additional charges.

6. Transit damage or shortages

Please inspect shipments promptly. Notify orders@easethat.co.uk as soon as reasonably practicable about visible damage, missing cartons, shortages or incorrect goods and retain packaging where possible.

7. Software and licences

Software licences, cloud subscriptions and digital entitlements may be delivered electronically to an authorised business contact or provisioned directly into an agreed tenant/account rather than physically shipped.

8. Partial deliveries

Where products have different supplier lead times, EaseThat may make partial deliveries where commercially reasonable unless otherwise agreed.
