Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. About this website
These terms govern use of easethat.co.uk. Separate Trade Account Terms, B2B Terms of Sale, Managed Hosting Terms, statements of work, quotations or other written agreements apply where relevant.
2. Information and professional services
Website content is general information only and is not legal, tax, regulatory or financial advice. Technical recommendations depend on the agreed scope, environment and information available at the time of an engagement.
3. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care over website information but may update product specifications, availability, supplier information, pricing and service descriptions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website availability.
4. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website content, branding, text, design and original materials are owned by or licensed to EaseThat Ltd. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal business evaluation but may not reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts without permission.
5. Third-party technologies and trademarks
References to third-party products, platforms and trademarks describe technology experience or products that may be sourced. All third-party marks belong to their owners. No endorsement, partnership or authorised-reseller status is implied unless expressly stated.
6. Trade accounts
Trade-account registration is available only to organisations and people acting wholly or mainly for business purposes. You must provide accurate information, have authority to act for the named organisation and keep account details reasonably up to date.
New trade accounts are subject to manual review. EaseThat may approve, decline, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, inaccurate information, non-payment, breach of applicable terms, inactivity or other legitimate business reasons. Approval does not create a credit facility or oblige EaseThat to accept any order.
You are responsible for safeguarding usernames, passwords and access to authorised business email accounts. Please notify EaseThat promptly if you believe an account has been compromised or is being used without authority.
7. Acceptable website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, probe security controls, scrape the website in a way that materially affects operation, or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
8. External links and services
The website may link to third-party services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply, and EaseThat is not responsible for third-party websites that it does not control.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, EaseThat Ltd is not responsible for business decisions made solely in reliance on general website content rather than an agreed professional engagement.
10. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction subject to any mandatory rule that applies.
